I'm just a teen finishing high school who is determined to kick my butt into shape before i start college. I've been watching the pounds pile up for probably almost ten years (sheesh!) and know that if i don't take care of this now, im going to be heading into some dangerous territory. I'm sick of feeling inferior because of my weight, but most importantly, i just want to get healthy and happy, eat well, and finally excercise and enjoy it, consistently!
